the staff seemed fine, they gave me what i needed with no issues.
i found a long walk to the room i got, they didn't tell me which way was best. my knee isn't great, so that long walk really hurt. i think a clearer way to get to the room would have been good.

I found a very clean room it included nice quality toiletries, just perfect. the bedding felt super clean, i must say. the large car park made arrival easy. Check-in with the friendly receptionist went swiftly.
the carpet in my room had a stain that bothered me slightly.

breakfast included an acceptable scrambled egg, but it clearly uses powdered stuff. they provide no alternative, i must say. jam comes in a shared jar with a spoon that worries me a tiny bit.

The staff greeted me so warmly upon arrival! they really went out of their way to ensure my comfort. a special shoutout goes to dan, rhi, and brooke. They are all true assets to this company. ample parking is available, and i noticed ev charging points, great (i don't even have an electric car!).
i did notice the breakfast area felt a bit chilly . it would be great if the heating could be adjusted to make it more comfortable, especially on cold mornings.

The staff was helpful. They were always ready to assist, so I really appreciated this. The hotel had a nice, open car park. This made parking simple. The room was quiet, so I slept well.
The coffee machine was far from where the breakfast items are placed. It would be more convenient if these were situated next to each other.

the room had dove shampoo and body wash. a hair dryer, iron, and ironing board were available. i found the hotel very modern. (i would happily return)
my room overlooked the kitchens. a noisy extractor fan went on and off all night. this caused me to wake up often. the staff congregated outside for chats and smoking.

the staff was very friendly and helpful. the decor seemed quite modern, and i noticed that all areas were cleaned to a high standard. i especially appreciated the free parking since i drove. i would definitely consider staying here again when i'm in the area.
The room felt a bit cold upon arrival. I couldn't immediately find instructions for the heating system.
